Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: We provide FREE flat-rate shipping within the U.S., with delivery times ranging from 2 to 8 business days. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information for each package associated with your order. You can use the tracking number to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date.

Please note that the ship date refers to the day your order leaves our warehouse.

Processing Time: Typically, the majority of orders undergo swift processing, usually within 1 to 4 business days from receipt. Orders received after 1 pm CT will be processed on the subsequent business day.


Multiple Warehouse Shipments: To ensure a wide variety of products and efficient order processing, some items may be stored in multiple warehouses. As a result, certain orders may require items to be shipped separately. This means that you may receive multiple packages for a single order. Rest assured that this is done to expedite the delivery process and get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we are continuously working to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to serve you in the future.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there may be occasions when shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address Errors: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delivery Confirmation: Once your package has been delivered, the shipping carrier will provide confirmation of delivery. This confirmation serves as proof that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost & Stolen Packages: Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages lost during transit or stolen after delivery.
