Refund policy

Returns: If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 5-day return policy. Please note that returns are for store credit only, and you will be responsible for any associated return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met: 

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. This includes being free from odors, stains, and any traces of pet hair.

2. It should be returned in the original garment bag, with all original tags intact.

3. Ensure the packaging slip is included in the return package. Items without garment bags or packaging slips may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


To initiate a return, please send an email to sales@shopharmonyinnature.com within 5 days of your purchase delivery date. In the subject line, please input your order number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once your returned order is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card within 10 business days. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the gift card balance. Please note that the refund is for store credit only.

Final Sale: Intimates and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Intimates include undergarments, bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear, while sale items refer to merchandise that has been marked down from its original price.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. This includes items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Exchanges: Due to the unique and very limited nature of our inventory, we cannot guarantee that the exact item will be available for exchange. We have a no-exchange policy in place. Instead, we ask that if you need to make a change to your purchase, you return the item and repurchase the correct item.
