When you purchase a pre-order item, the item is reserved for you, and we will ship your entire order once the pre-order item becomes available.
The estimated arrival date for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page and will be updated as necessary. Please note that the estimated arrival date is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to communicate any changes to you as soon as possible.
Payment for pre-order items will be taken at the time of purchase.
If you wish to cancel or modify your pre-order, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org before the specified ship date on the product page. Cancelation requests initiated on or after the ship date specified on the product page will not be accepted.
If you have ordered additional items with your pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive the non pre-order items earlier, please place a separate order for those items.
